Regarding refunds: After activating a premium membership, if you have not downloaded any resources within 15 days, you can submit a refund application to the customer service. You can apply for a refund through [email protected] and we will process the refund within 3 working days after you submit the cancellation application (postponed in case of holidays). How refunds are processed depends on your original payment method: if you paid by credit or debit card, the refund will be sent to and processed by the bank that issued the card. Please contact the card-issuing bank to find out when the credit is posted and how much the payment will be charged to your account.
According to the refund policy of the third-party cooperation platform. We will deduct the commission (the order price*3.7%+$0.3) if you need to apply for refund. The commission is entirely charged by the payment platform and slidesdocs will not make any profit.
Slidesdocs 1 Month Plan/ Annual Premium plans are renewed automatically by default. If you buy any of the above plans, the system will charge the renewal before the due date (at the same price).

If you cancel your auto-renew subscription, you are not ending your Premium plan. This will remain active until the end of the period you have paid for, but you will no longer be charged for this subscription going forward. We do not refund canceled subscriptions.
